Ever since Orville and Wilbur Wright set up shop in Dayton, the region has been a globally recognized powerhouse for innovation in the aerospace and aviation industries. JobsOhio established a Military Federal Sector in 2020 to support the many federal installations across the state.
Ohio’s goal is to continue to be recognized as the best state in the nation for current and former servicemembers and their families to call home. JobsOhio places a special emphasis on the Military and Federal sector in our state for two primary reasons: The work being done by that industry in Ohio is vital to national security and space exploration; and the economic impact this work has and its limitless potential for growth.
